Tache and contours

Whenever the existing features on a property are required, such as buildings, fences, municipal services, Eskom or any other feature, these are surveyed and plotted on a plan. In most instances the contours of the property will also be included and the plans are used for the planning of further developments

Volumetric surveys

Where clients require to know volumes of dumps, cut and fill, or any earthworks the feature can be surveyed to provide the answers. Methods include contouring by conventional ground methods, photogrammetry and lidar

Setting out of buildings and other features

Where new features have been planned, the corner and bend points are computed and set out as may be required by the clients. These may be engineers, builders and architects
