General plans are used to represent new township developments and subdivisions where more that 5 portions are being created of the original property
Consolidations are used to join 2 properties together to form a single entity. The original 2 components are replaced by a consolidation diagram representing the new property
Whenever owners are uncertain of where their boundaries are, or are in dispute with their neighbours as to the correct position of the boundaries, we relocate or replace the beacons in their original position to remove any uncertainty regarding the boundary position
Any right which one person or body has over someone else's property which is to last for more than 10 years must be registered at the Deeds office and the right must be referenced to a diagram
